ATTENTION!

If you are seeing this page DON'T PANIC. You have NOT been hijacked. Most likely you entered the IP for the server and Apache cannot figure out which site you want to visit, so it sends you to this page - our default site.

You need to use your domain name in the URL to get to where you want to go. The two most common urls that you would use are:

• http://yourdomain.com/cpanel  --> redirects to --> https://cwpro1.crosswinds.net:2083/
• http://yourdomain.com/webmail --> redirects to --> https://cwpro1.crosswinds.net:2096/

Note: the urls use http, not https - they will redirect you to where you want to go.

Note 2: Firefox has added a certificate warning screen. This is good, EXCEPT that they do not recognize all the SSL certificate issuers (yet). Ours is Starfieldtech. They are legitimate, reliable and used by millions of people. If you get the warning screen stating the certificate is not valid, add the certificate as an exception and save it.
